How are Caregivers selected?
First, the Mango Home Health looks for people who have a passion to provide assistance for people in need. Then each potential caregiver must successfully complete our application process including professional references, criminal background checks, and personal interviews. Each caregiver is also bonded and insured.
How do you train your caregivers?
Each caregiver has to complete our comprehensive training program and competencies prior to starting the home care cases. We also provide ongoing In-services to our Caregivers which help them to provide quality care. The caregivers are supervised for the skills frequently.
What happens if my Caregiver gets sick?
We make every effort to make another team member available to meet your home care needs.
Do you provide senior services to those in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
Mango Home Health provides eldercare and companionship to seniors who may require additional attention and/or personalized long term care and reside in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
What makes Mango Home Health different from other companies?
Mango Home Health is owned by a Registered Nurse. RN is available for our caregivers as resources. Mango Home Health is accredited with the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care in New Jersey for PCA services.
Who pays for the services to caregivers?
Mango Home Health will take care of all billing and payroll for the caregivers. Mango Home Health will send you or your designated family member the invoices. You can discuss this with our billing department for a convenient way of payment method. We accept Medicaid, Horizon, United Health, Amerigroup, WellCare, VA benefits, Long Term Care Insurances, JACC, MLTSS, and Private Pay.
Why should I use Mango Home Health rather than paying privately to an individual caregiver?
